Wedding Prince Maurits and Marilène
May 30th, 1998 - Maurits and Marilène are married!
The couple today got married at the Great Church in Apeldoorn.)
The couple was married by reverent Nico van der Linden and pastot Gerard Oostvogel in an eucomenic service. Maurits is protestand and Marilène catholic.
Witnesses were Prince Maurits' brother Prince Bernhard jr., Marilène's sister Caroline van Weede, mr.Jean-Paul Drabbe and Emilie van Karnebeek.
The service was attended by several royals from abroad, the Dutch Royal Family and others from the Dutch society.
The wedding party was held at the Palace Het Loo.
The honeymoon destination is of course unknown.
