| News | Elisabeth home in Laeken November 3th, 2001 - After nine days of hospital
Prince Filip and Princess Mathilde brought home their baby daughter Elisabeth. Filip and Mathilde left Erasmus hospital in Anderlecht shortly after 3 p.m. The couple to time greet well wishers and collect gifts. Filip was holding little Elisabeth, while Mathilde took time to collect gifts. After half an hour the car with the young family arrived at Laeken castle, residence of the Crown Princely couple. The new family was greeted by the grandparents of the newborn: King Albert, Queen Paola and Count and Countess d' Udekem d' Acoz. In Laeken castle another photo shoot took place. Little Elisabeth was sleeping. Princess Mathilde will take some time before assuming official duties again. More pictures: |
