Wedding Prince Bernhard jr & Annette
July 8th, 2000 - Bernhard jr, prince of Orange-Nassau
van Vollenhoven today married Annette Sekrčve in church. The ceremony took place at the
Dom church in Utrecht.)
Bernhard Lucas Emmanuel and Annette were married by reverent Anne van der Meiden from Nijverdal. The bride wore a beautiful dress by Frans Molenaar made of taft silk.
Witnesses were Prince Bernhard jr. 's elder brother Maurits and his wife Marilčne, miss Saskia Bish and mr. Diederik de Rooij.
The service was attended by several royals from abroad, the Dutch Royal Family (only Prince Constantijn was missing - due to his studies at Insead, Fontainebleau) and others from the Dutch society.
After the ceremony there was a reception at the Academie Building. In the evening the bridal couple went to Palace Het Loo for their wedding party.
The honeymoon destination is of course unknown.
