Willem-Alexander & Máxima visit Ghana

April 14th - 17th, 2002 - Crown Prince Willem-Alexander and  Princess Máxima visited Ghana. It was Máxima's first official foreign trip since her marriage.

The visit took place to celebrate the 300 years of diplomatical alliance between The Netherlands and Ghana.

The program included a visited to a conference on water management and a visit to the Ashanti king.
