| News | King Constantine of Greece wins case November 24th, 2000 - The European Court of Human Rights decided yesterday ex-king Constantine of Greece is to be compensated for losing his property in 1994. The court decided both Tatoí and Mon Repos are to be given back to the ex-king or he is to be compensated. The estates are valued 1,5 milion euro's. Rumours are the ex-king wants to trade his compensation for the right to live in Greece again. This issue will be of even more importance within 3 years as Athens will be the host of the next Olympic Games and since Constantine is a member of the IOC, he can not be denied access to the country.
